Part time Floral Designer wanted for a flower shop located in Scarborough, Ontario We are looking for someone to fulfill a part-time position (must be open to working on weekends) with flexible hours. This position is perfect for individuals who are creative and enjoy serving customers.
Hours will include days, evenings and weekends and range between 20-30 hours per week with extra hours during special holidays. There is an opportunity for full time employment if you show exemplary skills required to manage a flower shop. Basic knowledge of flowers required, we are willing to train you on the way we design and construct our flower arrangements.
Our store has a very relaxing environment where most of our sales come from on-line orders with minimum foot traffic. Candidate must be receptive to creative input and suggestions, opportunity for growth. Applicants must also have intermediate computer skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, ability to work under pressure, be flexible with their availability, and have a passion for customer service as well as for flowers and creativity.
