Client Services & Logistics Specialist Job Summary:

Be yourself but always be humble. The Client Services & Logistics Specialist position will develop and maintain the image and branding that is already in place and will focus on supporting the Sales Coordinators and be the Assistant to the Executive Director and office team.
Job Descriptions: Greet and Welcome clients with a winning smile and personality, Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email and in person , Call clients to remind them of payments/appointments etc. , Follow up and respond to inquiries
Generate Delivery slips and work orders for flower shop sales, Create floral designs as required for walk in or online orders , Assist in creating floral installations and pieces for weddings and events, Sketch designs in preparation for event set ups
Create Social Media Calendar Content and post on social media channels, Ensure packing lists are generated and accurate for events, Assist with loading and unloading of items for events, Prepare items for outgoing rentals and incoming returns Collaborates with venue on set up and removal date/times.
Repair items that are damaged as necessary, Help Set up for tradeshows including working the show, Cleaning and organizing of warehouse and office Works in the warehouse to ensure items are prepared for events
Do monthly flower inventory Wash and clean flower buckets, prepping flowers, Conditioning of flowers for storage, Work MOD shifts for banquet hall rentals, Other tasks as assigned Requirements Preference is given to candidates with a car
Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays Previous event design skills a definite asset Good time management skills, Has common sense, Excellent creative conceptualization, Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, Confident and dedicated Good communication
