Lucky Tooth Garden Design dba Posy Floral Design is looking for full-time highly qualified and customer service oriented Senior Manager
The successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
• University Degree or a Collage Diploma in business
administration, floral design or finance
• 3+ years managerial experience related to floral
business management
• Must be familiar with Woocommerce, Wordpress management
system and Floristware.
• Must be proficient user of all major social media platforms and must be able to utilize
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Main duties of the position include:
• Planning and directing the work of a flower shop
• Hiring and supervising employees
• Managing financial budgeting of the business
• Creating and improving operational policies
• Participating in United Flower Growers auctions and approving all transactions
on behalf of the business.
Wages: $43.50 / 30 hour per week work schedule
