Job Description
Requirements
Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and funerals
Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
Process customer orders and handle cash transactions
Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers, while maintaining a clean workspace.
Ensure that all floral arrangements are well-maintained and presented beautifully
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
Experience:
Previous experience in the floral industry would be an asset.
Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements preferred
Familiarity with floral design techniques and trends
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail to create visually appealing arrangements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
