Vanderburgh Flowers Ltd. established in 1976, is a busy retail flower and gift store specializing in floral design for custom and every day orders. We are looking for an energetic part time florist assistant to work a minimum of 2 days per week to help with day to day duties, wrapping orders and flower processing alongside friendly customer service.
Full day availability is necessary. 8 to 10 hour shifts between 9-5 or 9-7 Monday to Saturday. Closed Sundays *except holidays.
Must be committed to reliability and teamwork. Previous floral experience working in a flower shop helpful and recognized education in the floral industry is required (ie: CIFD certification or other) Ideal candidate must have good customer skills, as well as speak and write english proficiently. Salary based upon knowledge and experience.
