Lucky Touch Garden Design dba Posy Floral Design is looking for a full-time, highly qualified, and service-oriented Senior Manager.

Job Details: Wages: $43.50 per hour Work Schedule: 30 hours per week Location: 1233 Lynn Valley Road, Unit 167 North Vancouver, BC V7J 0A1

Requirements: The successful candidates will meet the following qualifications: University Degree or a College Diploma in business administration, floral design, or finance. 3+ years of managerial experience related to floral business management. Must be familiar with WooCommerce, WordPress management system, and FloristWare. Must be a proficient user of all major social media platforms and be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Main Duties: Planning and directing the work of a flower shop. Hiring and supervising employees. Managing financial budgeting of the business. Creating and improving operational policies. Participating in United Flower Growers auctions and approving all transactions on behalf of the business.
